He shared a deeply personal event about his son that profoundly affected him, making him acutely aware of the impact he has on others and the importance of not causing unnecessary wounds.

We had a deep chat about being vulnerable and its beauty. We also talked about enjoying the moment, finding happiness in our journey, and loving our feelings, but being careful about which to indulge.
