Since the beginning of the year, I have discussed 10x-ing my life. The world turns upside down and you become very uncomfortable when you decide to do something different, something great, or something big. And I’ve been describing the chaotic events I’ve encountered this year. I’ve been grounding and sharing some incredible practices, tools, and techniques throughout that experience, and I’ll walk you through a few of them today.
These practices and tools have truly changed my life, expanded me, and helped me grow, and hopefully will help you too. I have to admit that there have been genuine moments of fear because I’ve been shifting so much and staying true to myself. During those moments of apprehension and anxiety, I’ve been communicating with my guides like never before. It’s truly amazing.
Working with my guides helped me discover another layer to my work: how I want to work, how I want to stop hiding, and how I want to motivate the masses to change their lives. And that’s what we’re going to do in this episode—have a really in-depth discussion on how to really get direction with your guides. Change cannot happen unless we change personally within ourselves. And the best way to change is to communicate with our guides.
