This episode is a little bit different than the ones before. I usually write an outline for the podcast before I record, but today I want to share with you something that is happening in my life right now.
I’m going through it as I record this podcast and I’m taking you on the journey with me. I’m hoping that through my storytelling today, you’ll be able to get incredible techniques and tools that can help you in terms of relationship-building, communication, and how your guides can support you, especially when you may be having a difficult time in your life.
I want you to take away from this episode two really powerful thoughts for yourself. One is, we’re in a time right now where emotions are running high, so lean into those emotions. Notice how you feel and don’t make yourself wrong for how you feel.
Second, get yourself surrounded by people who can support you through transformation, change, expansion, and growth. Even if you have a strong spiritual team, we all need physical beings to connect with.
Challenging times are here to teach us something. Spirit asks us to believe in ourselves and to finally stand in our truth, so come with me as we open the door.
In this episode you’ll learn about:
-The advantage of observing vs reacting when you feel triggered
-Finding ways to stand in your power in difficult situations
-Expressing what you need and feel
-Creating boundaries for yourself

Thank you for sharing your personal story with so much practical and spiritual advice! Very relatable. A counselor once told me to Respond, and not React! Happy Birthday!
Yes – the key is in responding. That’s something we all need to work on. xo
