I decided to do this special thing with my guests where we would talk about business and I would answer their questions because I really want to get this message out to my community: I’ve been seeing a lot of noise in the world and a lack of integrity. I feel like there are many entrepreneurs that are only concerned with the bottom line, with selling you a product without caring about what you actually experience.
Rather than getting distracted by a lot of noise out there, I want to run a business from the inside out. As entrepreneurs, you have to study market systems, sales systems, and social media—those are really important things to study. But how do you know for sure what is best for you? How do you really bring information from the outside into your heart and soul and make something from that?

I believe in Business, it’s a give and take situation. The thing that I think is missing nowadays and causes those who start and are a good employee to go elsewhere… is a tremendous lack of accountability by some employees….When this continues, it sends a very negative message… resulting in a high turnover….
